ITSI Changes Name to ITSI Gilbane Company

Walnut Creek, California – Innovative Technical Solutions, Inc. (ITSI) announced today that it is changing its corporate name from Innovative Technical Solutions, Inc. to ITSI Gilbane Company (ITSI Gilbane) effective January 1, 2012. In addition, the company launched its new logo and new web site, www.itsigilbane.com.

This change in name aligns ITSI Gilbane more closely with our parent company, Gilbane Building Company and illustrates the combination of two great companies with extensive financial and personnel resources and substantial commercial and government experience. We are only changing the name of our company; the company ownership, legal status of all of our contracts and subcontracts is not affected and the company’s commitments to our clients, our subcontractors and vendors are unchanged.
