Renovate Wings A&B, Building 201, HQ USAFE, Ramstein AB, Germany (HERC)

ITSI Gilbane has been awarded a task order under our AFCEE HERC for the renovation of HQ USAFE, Wings A&B, at Ramstein AB, Germany valued at over $28M

This construction project involves the interior and exterior renovation of Wings A and B, Building 201. This renovation includes structural modifications for progressive collapse and new support to a standing seam pitched metal roof on a four floor facility. ITSI Gilbane will remove all interior finishes and mechanical/electrical systems and rebuild with new systems and furniture. The project also includes the installation of a new entrance canopy and supporting parking and site landscaping.

Both facilities will be constructed simultaneously once full NTP is received. ITSI will provide in country management staff to oversee and manage the project. The project team will be self-sufficient and capable of making prudent well thought out decisions in the best interest of the company. ITSI is teamed with a highly respected German firm in business for over 100 years who will perform the renovation and construction work.
