Repair Fuel Tanks 2 & 3 at DFSP Charleston, SC (SATOC)

ITSI Gilbane has been awarded a task order (TO) under our Sustainment/Restoration & Modernization (SRM) Acquisition Task Order Contract (SATOC) to Repair Fuel Tanks #2 and #3. DFSP Charleston receives and stores jet fuel JP-8. The tank mechanical, electrical and coating repairs will be based on an API-653 out of service inspection conducted by others. The task order is worth approximately $130,000.

The Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) is located in Hanahan S.C. The DFSP real property belongs to Charleston AFB and is permitted for use to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). ITSI will use the SATOC Turn Key delivery method based on API 650 and API 653 as the primary design and performance standard for the tank repairs.
